Midland, MI, USA--- Sologic® has released Version 3.0 of their browser-based root cause analysis (RCA) software, Causelink® Enterprise. This update enables users to populate root cause analyses from their mobile phone and to share results with other team members. New features include enhanced data mining and reporting, automated cause and effect summary, and new integration options.
By using your phone’s voice to text, simply tell Causelink Enterprise about the evidence and causes of your investigation and it will enter them into your RCA. Photos and videos can also be uploaded and stored in a central location. This mobile capability is included with the standard Causelink Enterprise build, which can be installed either within an organization’s network, or delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS).
The new “Add from chart” feature writes the cause and effect summary at the click of a button. Previously a time-consuming activity, a logical narrative is composed from the chart, saving the analyst time and allowing them focus solely on final edits.
Users now have greater flexibility when integrating with 3rd party authentication systems, such as Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services. Group associations are more automated and role assignments are in the hands of program leaders rather than the IT team.
