The latest version of Causelink Enterprise makes it easier to solve problems with root cause analysis. Released on January 31st, Version 5.0 includes the following new features and customer-requested improvements:
- New Languages - Causelink now supports Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, French, and German
- Cause & Effect Chart - you can now collapse and summarize cause paths
- Communication - choose the reports you'd like emailed to your inbox
- PDF - there are now more options to summarize your RCA report
- RCA Solution page - filter and prioritize solutions. Administrators can configure the fields displayed, such as corrective/preventative, priority, term, and control
- Timeline - there is now a way to print the timeline as a list. Also, rapidly enter Timeline events in the sidebar
- Images - you can add images to the report summary
- Navigation - we made it easier to find and complete actions
- New Tutorial - makes it easier to start using the system
